Staff Bios
Dr. Jeremy Hertza, PsyD
Neuropsychologist, Executive Director
Dr. Jeremy Hertza, PysD, has over ten years experience working with athletics and individual athletes. Dr. Hertza been involved with concussion management, brain injury, academic challenges, performance enhancement, and essentially all neurological and psychological factors that impact overall life function. Dr. Hertza is a Past President of the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina and is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the Medical College of Georgia.
Erin Dexter, MD
Chief of Psychiatry
Erin obtained her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, and thereafter moved to Augusta, Georgia where she pursued residency in general psychiatry with the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University Health. With a particular interest in Forensic Psychiatry, Erin will be pursuing fellowship training in this field with University of South Carolina at Columbia.
Erin has worked with patients in a variety of care settings including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency psychiatric services. She has worked with populations ranging from child and adolescent to geriatric, though her primary focus is general adult populations. She has experience diagnosing and treating a variety of disorders including mood, anxiety and trauma-related, substance use, neurocognitive and developmental, and psychotic spectrum disorders. Erin enjoys being a part of our multidisciplinary team of specialists to work with patients and their families to find a balance of pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic treatment modalities that meet patient’s individual needs.
Lawson Bost, MA, LMFT
Counseling Coordinator,
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Lawson Bost has his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and is currently working toward dual licenses in LMFT and LPC. He received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Berry College. Lawson began learning about therapy as an experiential educator for a non-profit leading groups in backpacking, mountaineering, climbing, and canoe trips for 10 years. Along with facilitating marriage retreats and leadership training events both indoor and outdoor settings, Lawson comes to the “therapeutic chair” that every person is unique and intrinsically valuable in their own design, and as such the helping and healing process co-created with client.
Lawson’s lens is a family systems approach, meaning it allows him to choose from structural, strategic, trans-generational, experiential, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, DBT, EFT, Collaborative Model and psycho-dynamic intervention approaches in order to address the specific presenting problem of the client, but always basing the interventions in a client-centered therapeutic approach. He specializes in issues dealing sex addiction, porn addiction, male identity, and fatherlessness and how they affect family dynamics of everyday life.
Jonathon Burton, MA
Clinical Therapist, Lead Psychometrist
Jonathan graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. He has been working with Neurobehavioral Associates since August 2018 as a psychometrist and therapist. In graduate school, he conducted research on the relationship between depressive symptoms and electrical brain activity in response to positive and negative feedback. Jonathann strives to help others understand their cognition and how to improve, maintain, or compensate for it. Currently, he is working towards board certification as a psychometrist.

Vanessa Crawford, MA, LPC
Clinical Therapist
I am a bilingual clinical therapist, fluent in English and Spanish. I love working with people who are engaged and desire to make positive changes in their lives.
I hold a space for my clients which is peaceful, calm, loving, healing and accepting. I encourage a dynamic collaborative approach.
I have always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential in all areas of their life, specifically in their personal relationships. My commitment is to create a professional, warm, and encouraging atmosphere to help empower positive changes in individuals, couples, and family relationships. I have 14 years of experience working with a wide array of adults, children, adolescents, and couples in various therapeutic settings. I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from substance abuse and addiction and their family members. I understand the disease model that surrounds addiction. I have experience working with individuals inpatient, outpatient, and in forensic settings.
Brigette Cuonzo, MS, MHP
Clinical Therapist
Brigette graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children and adolescents diagnosing and treating disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar. She is a licensed LPCA in the state of South Carolina and certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Stacie Evans, MA
Clinical Therapist
Stacie has provided mental health services in both Georgia and South Carolina for the past ten years. During this time, Stacie has served both adults and children with DSM-V diagnoses including mood and behavior disorders. Stacie provides individual, family, and group counseling. She aims to provide a nurturing environment as a means to support individuals in their efforts to reconnect with their strengths and dreams.
Outside of the office, Stacie likes to roller skate, travel, and read.
Zane Repp, MA
Clinical Therapist
Zane is finishing his M.S. in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Zane has studied assessment and treatment of many mental health disorders including, ADHD, ODD, depression, and anxiety. He has been trained in techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. He strives in his work to help his clients to have a clear understanding of their mental health experiences and to work on better relating to them. He has been working for Neurobehavioral Associates since August 2015.
Kei-Kei Stokes, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Therapist
Kei-Kei obtained her Master of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University. Kei-Kei holds a professional license in Georgia and South Carolina and the coveted Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Also, Kei-Kei has advanced certification in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), Interactive Metronome (IM) and Bioness Integrated Therapy Systems (BITS) enabling her to provide create therapeutic intervention to diverse populations. Offering nearly a decade of experience with birth to geriatric patients, Kei-Kei has worked with all types of cognitive and mental health disorders resulting from PTSD, stroke, TBI, substance abuse, Burns, ALS, GBS, MS, and development delays.
